I need to speak to the seller
The board is great my grandson is over the moon BUT the charger is broken and Amazon are fobbing me off saying I need to contact seller which appears impossible.I need someone at Amazon to take responsibility and get this sorted out. NOT a happy PRIME customer with service received.

My grandsons 10th birthday present.
Opened the box to check it and charge it up ready for my grandsons birthday, my husband tried to balance on it but not very well. My grandson absolutely loved his present and mastered it straight away and his dad blue toothed music to it too, so he was like a moving disco. Worth every penny as my grandson was so pleased with it.

Great little board
I bought this for my son who has Autism along with the cart you can attatch. He absolutely loves it he spends ages in the living room spinning in circles. He loves the lights as well.Great board for little money

Purchased this for my 12 year old son. He loves it.We noticed the board wouldn’t turn left, so messages company and they gave us instructions on how to recalibrate the hoverboard. Works perfectly now 🥰🥰🥰 no hassle, no fuss- great customer servixe

Great -Son loves it. Only one problem…
My son has been asking for one for years. He absolutely loves it. Just one problem, keeps losing connections to wifi and the music stops within minutes. Really frustrating!

We bought this for my kids for Xmas they love it. It’s very well built and very sturdy, they haven’t used it outside only in the house. The battery lasts roughly about an hour or so. It was reduced when we bought it so even better value for money

Looks nice , sounds nice, that’s where it ends !This is my second purchaseFirst Purchase ,Bought for my grandson last Christmas , along with the cart.Only used a couple of times. Then wouldn’t work at all. Contacted Amazon, who were very helpful, sent it back for a full refund and bought another of the same , wish I hadn’t bothered !!Second Purchase – Delivered early September, charged it up fully, within 10 minutes the battery was flat !Thought I might not have charged it up enough for its first outing. Now after being on charge overnight, A FULL 14 HOURS. It does exactly the same , runs for about 10 minutes, then stops DEAD. This has only been used TWICE.Maybe I got a faulty batch ? Will contact Amazon again to see if they can help

Fun balancing scooter for Christmas.

I’ve brought this balance board for my sons christmas present and wanted to test it on myself before giving it, in case it would not work.I’m the top end of the weight limit and I must say the board is extremely well built and handled my size just fine. The plastic seems very strong and durable so I feel it should last a long time.In a 30 minute test I drained the battery to about half so running time will be about an hour, maybe more with a lighter person. The light look cool, I felt like a boy racer going around my house. The board was also very responsive and speedy as well. I briefly tried the bluetooth music feature and it was fine, although not a feature Imagine I (i mean my son) will be using too much. Without the music I also thought the board was very quiet which is really good. One tiny issue is the power plug has a special end, so if it breaks you would need to source another, luckily there is both a USA and UK plug included so an adapter would solve that issue.Overall, I found this a very smooth and responsive board, even at my size.Excellent responsivenessGood materialsHour running timeBluetooth Music – bit of a novelty but still quite fun.Lights – look good and actually add a bit of safety in the dark.I hope you found this review helpful 🙂

Problem with hoverboard
Please could someone contact me about this product. My son has only used for a week and its now just switching itself off when in us3. It is fully charged but don’t know why its doing this

Great fun
Bought this as a birthday present for my 5 year old son. It has some built-in LED lights that light up beautifully while running and it has Bluetooth speakers, which is a nice feature. It’s very responsive and takes some getting used to. I strongly recommend wearing some protective gear such as a helmet and elbow/knee pads while riding on it as it can go really fast. Falling off it isn’t fun at all. Overall it’s a good toy for kids and provides hours of fun.

My daughter loves it
I gotcthis for my daughter for her 16th birthday and she loves it. It work great. Its nice and simple to use and comes with full easy to follow instructions. We love how it lights up so we can see easily her moving in the dark. It charges quickly and lasts a decent amount of time. Its bluetooth function is a welcome bonus too. Definitely worth the money

Problem solved
Bought this as a Christmas present for my grandson. He absolutely loves it. It developed a fault which I reported , I got a response straight away with a link to try to reset it, unfortunately this didn’t work. The company offered to arrange a repair but I asked for a replacement and they agreed and promptly sent a new hoverboard. The customer service was superb. Very happy customer

Really happy
This was due to arrive on 6th Jan but arrived a week early which was great. Purchase for my 5 year old and he picked it up in about 10 mins. It controls well and seems pretty stable so far. It took a couple of hours to fully charge but he’s been playing on it loads and the battery seems okay. You can link it and play music on it through Bluetooth and the board has flashing wheels and lights on it. It was on the cheaper end of the market but so far seems pretty good value for money.

Sturdy Hoverboard
Bought as a Christmas present for our foster child. He was delighted with it and soon got the hang of riding it. Didn’t really need the handle that was bought separately.

Not working

Avoid company
Battery lasted less than 12 months even though only used no more than a dozen times. Company refused to replace the battery and said parts only guaranteed for 6 months which is ridiculous!!

item is defective
Bought for my sons Christmas, only had the hoverboard for 1 month and its faulty, opened on Xmas day. Battery light on the board is showing as orange. The actual hoverboard won’t event switch on at all unless attached to the charger and when attached only shows an orange battery? Very disappointed as my son loves this toy.
